With significant emphasis placed on designing, developing and manufacturing an extremely high-quality product that will never chip, flake, or peel and is exceptionally durable; so much so, that IT’S GUARANTEED FOR LIFE.
- The tying base, posts, and post platform are CNC milled to exacting specifications utilizing Aircraft Grade 6063 T6 Tempered Aluminum.
- The brush platform is designed and cut on a high-speed laser machine cutter/engraver using 3/16″ black acrylic plexiglass sheets.
- The rubber foam base inserts and base bottom gripping surface are also designed and cut using the high-speed laser machine cutter/engraver.
- The brush handle, key chain holder and brush spring holder are created on a 3d printer using high quality 3D Carbon Fiber material.
